Awakening - The Stages

If you are involved in gifting then you certainly have experienced some level of awakening that has prompted you to search for ways to make a positive difference or to gain some form of physical, etheric, or emotional relief from what you sense is a world gone wrong.

There don’t seem to be many legitimate sources of help and direction when you arrive at that place of awareness. It is fairly apparent that several populations have been programmed to demand that someone tell us what to think…well…about most everything.
Learning ‘how to think’ (using discernment) is an intensely personal journey I think. One that is full of ‘A-Ha’ moments as well many ‘OH $hit’ realizations…

I recently came across an insightful blog article called [5-Stages of Awakening/url:12y1x45i that I have found mirrors very closely my experiences in ‘waking-up’, which is very much [u:12y1x45i]ongoing[/u:12y1x45i].

The author openly admits to borrowing from Elizabeth Kubler Ross’s ‘[u:12y1x45i]5-steps of grief[/u:12y1x45i]’, which seems to be a commonly understood process in the west.

I find it reassuring sometimes to come across a piece of writing that crystallizes some of my own thoughts and experiences. This is one of the true benefits of the internet. The realization that there are other people who are thinking the same things, that I am not alone.

Please do not discard your discernment while reading, as the author feels compelled to mention a separate initiative that they have started. I disregarded these references as it was not relevant to the overall thrust of the piece in my opinion.

The bottom line for me was getting over my fear in the awakening process. Other contributors seem to be dealing with fear as well. It is tricky and personal, so without getting too specific I just want to encourage others to keep figuring out how to overcome fear.

“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.” Frank Herbert

While I don’t profess to have it all figured out, it is comforting to know that many people have worked through this process, and that we are not alone in dealing with the range of emotional & mental stress that can accompany our sometimes desperate attempts to ‘Wake-up’.

Sometimes a song has a more animating effect than reading. This is best known from the end of the movie ‘The Matrix’ and is accompanied with the lyrics.

I encourage the readership to keep using gifting as your outlet and to overcome fear.
