here is tower, gifted years ago and regifted.
parking lot of orchard supply hardware , berkley, oakland border close too.
When i first gifted this one, like other water tower sites, it started out with a few older looking panels, about 6 in total.
then it got beefed up with about 4 more panels, then a few more got added on top of that.
look at the wires running up the pole.
and wires into the shack.
