It has been operation for about 32 months and is being honored at an increasing number of places for good and services one can use….

I believe it has the potential to begin to displace the use of Government Sanctioned, Central Bank(ster), controlled currencies……

Many of our vendors should consider honoring it for the purchase of products….

for the sake of perspective, i offer the following:

another way of saying “digital, crypto-currency” could be “cashless society”

just throwing an opinion out there; i think cash is great—it beats carrying around big bags of heavy coins & it has a real-world component—i think its more a matter of keeping the bankers honest. & yeah, i know, good luck with that; but i can dream, can’t i?..…

Well, its is DIGITAL CASH, in that it is ANONYMOUS (same as cash is) though it can be traced if you are not careful with the current software. However, paper cash can also be traced by serial number, as BitCoins can be traced by the address of the transaction if it can be attributed to a person. Regardless, it is FAR from the nightmare of a Cashless Society wherein the Electronic currency is in the control of Central Banks (Themselves controlled–at least for now–by the AngloSphere Cabal of Scoundrels) and EVERY transaction resolves to YOU. Such is currently the case with Visa, MasterCard, etc.

The promise of BitCoin, or some future improved Crypto Currency, is that it is UTTERLY without a Central Authority and thus cannot be subverted through human action. It can only, conceivably be subverted through a Cryptographic and/or Protocol attack of the technology itself, which is INFINITELY better (as long as the Crypto and Protocols are strong enough) than anything else we currently have available in an Internationally accessible currency.
