I could give you a very long answer or a shortened one. I’ll go with the short. Such problems are ‘systemic’ i.e all over the body, like arthritis…like most health issues that don’t go away. Your body is dumping bone material where it shouldn’t, probably from dissolving it where it shouldn’t. The classic solution is to alkalize your blood. …and keep it alkalized at least during the night. Or it could be a thyroid issue (the thyroid control calcium in the blood)…the thyroid or parathyroids could be filled with dental metal or other toxins…or it could be an energetic issue of the thyroid chakra. Keeping blood chemistry stable is a hell of a job when its influenced by diet, stress, and even EMF. You’re gonna have to explore bit by bit and find out what affects you and your blood calcium levels. Personally I’d recommend putting a water revitalizer in your house, and earthing yourself whilst you sleep.
