Letter to the Sheriff of Big Horn County, MT, regarding the APF presence in Hardin, Montana

Pertaining to current events in Hardin, Montana, County of Big Horn, I would like to introduce myself and the organization which I represent in the state of Montana. Thank you for reading.

My name is Elias Alias and I am a resident of Gallatin County, Montana. I am an honorably-discharged U.S. Marine and veteran of the Vietnam War. I write this to you as the Montana director for a national organization known as Oath Keepers.

On our website you will read – “Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of currently serving military, reserves, National Guard, veterans, Peace Officers, and Fire Fighters who will fulfill the Oath we swore, with the support of like minded citizens who take an Oath to stand with us, to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God.”

I am writing to address two alleged crimes in your jurisdiction and invite you to consider carefully your obligations under the law.

As a Montanan and as an Oath Keeper, it has come to my attention that some persons presently positioned in Hardin, Montana, which is in your lawful jurisdiction as County Sheriff, have posed publicly and illegally as police officers. I am certain that a brief re-examination of codes will verify my assertion that it is a violation of City, County, and State law to impersonate a police officer.

As the highest law enforcement authority in your County, by U.S. Constitutional mandate, your duty as County Sheriff includes the arrest of and detention of criminals who violate the law in your jurisdiction. As a duly-elected Sheriff, you swore an oath to the U.S. Constitution and to the Montana Constitution.

The criminals who are presently impersonating police officers are blatantly visible, and have been documented by various state and national news sources, including the following at KULR channel 8 in Billings, Montana –

That is “on-the-record” evidence of the commission of a crime. I submit that it is your duty to investigate this matter and render legal justice.

Additionally, I am reminded by Gary Marbut, President of the Montana Shooting Sports Association http://www.mtssa.org/ of the following:

In the Montana Constitution you shall read: Article II, Section 33. “Importation of armed persons. No armed person or persons or armed body of men shall be brought into this state for the preservation of the peace, or the suppression of domestic violence, except upon the application of the legislature, or of the governor when the legislature cannot be convened.”

The presence of a mysterious company, its personnel and physical assets, in Hardin, Montana, may be a corporate-sponsored violation of Article II, Section 33 of the Montana Constitution. Therefore I am requesting that you act in your authority as County Sheriff to investigate the American Police Force company which is presently functioning in the city of Hardin, Montana. Grounds for suspicion and some credible tips from the media and citizenry are worthy of gravity in your consideration of your duties as Sheriff of Bighorn County.Examples –

“Two Rivers Detention Center, Hardin, Montana September 28, 2009 KULR 8 Confusion and secrecy about American Police Force has grown during the last few weeks. “APF has been here for 10 months but it has never been stealth,” said APF spokesperson Becky Shay at a press conference on Saturday morning. The group announced its plans to fill the $27 million dollar detention facility and build a police training center next to the jail. While they gave details for the site, other questions went unanswered. Where will the prisoners come from? What experience does APF have in prisoners and training police officers? Why was Two Rivers Authority Executive Director Greg Smith placed on administrative leave? During the press conference APF also refused to release any information on its funding or organization “The decision is the name of the parent company will not be released,” said Shay. When questioned about the decision to show up in Hardin last week in
vehicles with “Hardin Police” templates, members were brief in their explanation. “They are to show are intentions are good,” said APF leader Captain Michael Hilton. “Why not put an APF logo on it,” said Shay. “You know we’re getting there.” All of the decals were removed from the vehicles two days later. APF has consistently stated the community has nothing to fear and says its plans will help stimulate the Hardin economy. “This corporation’s intention is to buy local and stay local and do local business as much as we can,” said Shay. Residents appear split in their feelings over the company. Some want more information, but others believe it will be a tremendous boost to the area. The company plans to hold a job fair in Hardin the third week of October. Another development this weekend was the naming of Shay as APF’s new public relations director. Shay was a reporter with the Billings Gazette who had covered the detention
facility story for last few years.”

I submit that the above is sufficient evidence for investigating the American Police Force company’s activities inside your County. But whether your investigation ultimately proves that Article II, Section 33 of the Montana Constitution has been violated, or not, the crime of impersonating a police officer has obviously been committed by the drivers of the company’s vehicles which advertised said vehicles to be assets of a non-existing Hardin Police department. Although not a resident of your County, I am requesting a written response to these allegations. Thank you.

I invite you to call me for more information about Oath Keepers, the apolitical organization which reminds our military and law-enforcement personnel to honor their oaths to the Constitution. Anyone who has read the little US Constitution, which is a clear, pamphlet-sized document that reads like it wasn’t written by lawyers, can see that the only lawful police agencies are the elected Sherriffs, the US Coast Guard (as part of the TReasury Dept, not Fatherland Sekurity) for smuggling issues and the US Treasury money cops who are mandated to just deal with counterfeiters.

The state cops and all those syndicated (the real ‘syndicate’) federal alphabet soup cop agencies were generated by the corporation in the 1930s via NationalSocialism after the country was declared bankrupt and given to the Federal Reserve Corporation by London’s darling, Franklin Roosevelt. Notice how thoroughly Roosevelt and Hitler were in lockstep in those days. Good corporate choreography and none of the history whores will mention this, of course.

I’ve been to countries where you can’t find a cop or soldier without a hard search and those were the most peaceful and orderly places I’ve been in my travels.

We live in an area where just about everyone is armed and we don’t even lock our doors when we go to town. I haven’t heard of any crimes here and the only cop we ever see is a jerk who occasionally hides out, waiting for an opportunity to bust someone for rolling through the intersection while the stoplight turns red.

Last year, STevo told us that the Montana legislature made it possible for people ot buy automatic weapons as long as they’re made in MOntana. This really annoyed the corporate, NationalSocialist US Congress

Is anyone available to go gift this town in Montana and particularly toss orgonite around that foreign military base there? That would cause them to trip over their bazookas, for sure. It’s not far from Billings, and is on the Crow Indian Reservation, as is the entire county, hence the Indian Sherriff. Notice the remoteness of the town; they wouldn’t dare try this in or near a major city. This is a parasitic move, not a geuinely strategic one.

This travesty in Hardin, Montana drew immediate attention and response from around the country. It was this sort of attention, in the wake of the feds murdering all those families near Waco, that probably prevented martial law from being sneakily implemented years ago and is still preventing it. During and after the Waco debacle, the only medium for quickly spreading this information was short wave radio and a few talk shows on regular radio. When the internet got popular, soon after that, the response time was shortened even more and now the solution to tyranny is becoming a global concern, not just a national one.

Speaking of ‘global,’ our Kenyan alleged president is losing credibility at an accelerating rate because he already renegged on evrey promise he made, including his promise to the Chicago Zionists at his real innaugration address (June, 2008) to bomb Teheran ASAP. I think the only faithful ones left to him by now are Rockefeller-funded environmentalists and militant lesbians and they’re a pretty small and unpopular demographic. His threat to make us all ‘buy health insurance’ isn’t panning out and every time he acts like a Bush-style dictator more and more people get furious, so in a way he’s becoming instrumental to the US Government’s imminent demise, in my view. Watch the word, ‘secession’ come up more and more in public discussions in coming months, for instance.

The whole world is my country, so I don’t get ruffled by patriotic outrage. I think that the end of tyranny is a species-wide concern, not a national one. All national sovereignty in the world had disappeared by the 1930s, after all, parasitically transferred by filthy politicians and bureaucrats to the City of Londo by then. The City of London and its global assets were evidently bought for pennies on the dollar (October, 2004?) by some old Chinese Triad families who fielded Mao to eliminate their opposition and consolidate their power at the same time that London fielded Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler, Churchill and Roosevelt. Nobody can invent fiction that’s even remotely as fascinating as reality is.

The corporate/military swine flu bioweapon scam is also losing steam, as our psychics were seeing months ago.

I think it’s only a matter of time before everyone can see that the only real source of large-scale evil in this world is excessive centralization of economic and military power (exemplified in Peking) which makes massive-scale,bloody horror shows like the CIA, MI6, Mossadomites and Triads and their managed ‘wars’ possible. Notice that the American Police Force is constrained to advertise their Serbian origins, heheh. On the slicker CIA-puffpiece TV shows, like 24 HOURS and ALIAS, ‘terrorists’ are normally portrayed as Serbs; not as swarthy Muslims. How funny is that? JJ Abrams is, hands down, the slickest current producer of CIA’s Hollywood puffpieces but he’s so talented that I enjoy watching them all. I suppose that in twenty years, these bald-faced propaganda pieces will be as laughable to everone as the 1950s Hollywood, ‘cold war’ dribble is to us, now, also their 1930s, ‘workers’ paradise’ (NationalSocialist) puff pieces, like GRAPES OF WRATH.

I read in Webster Tarpley’s thorough expose of the feds’ conrolled demolition of the World Trade Center that the disgusting CIA typically uses their Al Qaeda pets as a mercenary force. These drunken ‘Jack-Muslims’ love to commit mayhem, after all. They weren’t present at the demolition of the WTC, of course, but they evidently were used by the corporate world order to help them brutally subjugate a couple of would-be independent, predominantly Muslim regions: Albania and Kosovo. It seems that this sort of activity is the world order’s version of ‘brotherhood’ since Muslims and Christians ‘worked together’ to shed a lot of innocent blood.

It’s really tough for the corpoate world order to pull this off in America because most of us are armed and, thanks to all those proxy wars, millions of us are military-trained. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Please keep in mind that the Montana Firearms Freedom Act took effect on October 1, 2009.

When Montana announced their Act, Attorney General Eric Holder wrote to Montana, telling them that their Federal funding will be cut off if they continue to pursue the MFFA.

Then, the American Police Force (which is a front for Blackwater) shows up in Hardin, MT, with the intent to take over the whole town.

Montana may need to secede from the Union and then re-take Hardin from these Blackwater thugs. These Blackwater people truly are trained killers who were always in the local news for taking things into their own hands when they were based in Moyock, NC.

Thank you for taking a strong stance against the tyranny that is currently unfolding in Hardin, Montana. The very thought of a foreign paramilitary force of Serbs, Germans, Brits, etc. – all operating under the Serbian Crest on American soil and led by a known criminal who is not even a U.S. citizen – must serve as a wake up call to America!

Every Oath Keeper should be gravely concerned by the fact that local citizens and officials in Hardin and government officials in the state have allowed this to happen. As but one example, a female mayoral candidate in Hardin told residents earlier this week to relax and go with the flow! That statement alone – when considered against the backdrop of a foreign national force operating on American soil with the full knowledge and consent of the federal government (FEMA)- will hopefully convince Hardin voters that she is not qualified to serve in any capacity – ever!

I contend that the events of the past few days in Hardin should not have come as a real surprise. Five days before his inauguration, the president asked citizens to join him in “fundamentally changing America” or words to that effect. And shortly thereafter, the president publicly announced his support for a civilian defense force as well trained and equipped as the military. No American should have taken those statements on their surface but unfortunately, many did and the majority in attendance when those statements were made applauded enthusiastically and even cheered. I seriously doubt, however, that most Americans connected the dots at the time (or since then) in a way that would lead to the events that have unfolded in Montana. And now, I personally doubt that most Americans would not believe the story even if they knew about it. And as usual, the lack of reporting by the “once mainstream” American press is notable – opting instead
to report on such newsworthy events as David Letterman’s on-air confession, Roman Polanski’s despicable crimes and the site of future Olympic games.

If the thought of foreign paramilitary forces operating on the ground in Hardin, Montana with the support and full knowledge of the federal government is not convincing enough, hopefully the future plans to establish and operate approximately 30 other similar sites across America will be. Becky Shays, spokesperson for “American Police Force” (a company that is neither American nor an authorized police department) announced that very plan earlier this week and named California and Texas specifically as future expansion sites.

I submit to you that we do not have a single second to spare in “reaching, teaching and inspiring’ and, believe that our priority must now be to immediately contact every governor, every attorney general, and every sheriff in the country as a way to keep this tyrannical plan from unfolding elsewhere in America. Otherwise, I fear we will soon reach a point in this country where we will no longer enjoy the freedom to have the sort of discussion we are having about this today…

In my opinion, ‘Elias Alias’ isn’t doing anyone a service by hiding his identity, since the feds probably have him under box surveillance already.

That’s an old-paradigm dodge that used to work to protect someone, before there was such intimate surveillance in the world.

Carol and I sought protection, early on, by publishing my journal reports and our names and it’s worked very well for almost ten years.

We white folks actually do have freedom of speech in America but it’s only because we’re armed. If I were a black, Indian, Asian or Hispanic man I couldn’t do this because people of color don’t have freedom of speech in America, yet. That probably isn’t going to happen until the federal government and their racist police agencies are disbandedl, hopefully through state secessions and without violence.

Carol and I saw, firsthand in Atlanta in the spring of 2003, what happens when American blacks attempt to exercise that birthright. The FBI went around and individually threatened our black friends to dissociate with us, which they prudently did.
