To find the spot on the map you may need to change the punctuaction for example 45° 32’ 46" 10° 16’ 36" instead of 45N324610 10E1636
there is another folder called PDV it contains the list of Points Of Verification, they seem to relate to arrays in all directions and the PDV move along horizontal axis, it is probable a technical measurement. Anyway this one is enough that makes you go start the fitness program for the new season.
The above documents are not fully comprehensive, there are missing regions, such as Tuscany, Liguria, Marche, Sicily, Sardenia, etc.
Then for them regions in the lists, the main sites are cover there, whilst many more listed are just single antennas, altought dependends it could also be large mountain top antenna. Various places I could not visually locate the installation, only trees near tiny villages.
