Any idea what it is? After thinking it was folk / outsider art of some sort due to the picture frame and hanging hook – I had a closer look and with rubber feet on the back as well as a magnet under the central area I’m pretty sure its a radionics device.
What for I have no idea. It seems to be missing any dials for tuning or a rubbing pad. So looks like its just ‘on’.
Anyone recognise it? Or get a feeling?
