I didnt know if it was an appopiate theme to post on EW but wanted to share with you since i am sure you can appreciate or relate somehow.
i am definetlay going to toss lots of orgonite to fine tune around the police and mayor buildings.
Bank refused to give me a virtual payment getway for my site to sell orgonite and seems like offcitial crap is chasing me of late.

Seems like driving my friends bike is getting me into interesting situations. A month an agent left a blue note abandoned at the bike that i place nicely into the side of the street. It was evening time and was not bothering anyone but the agent didnt think that way. So he abandoned a blue note stating the time, the date his agent number and the supposed fine of 200€.
I sent a certfied letter of conditional aceptance with prove of recepit to the Mayor of the corporation stating that i was surely responsible for the act of leaving the bike there and asking him to clarify several points as to the mystery officer demanding money from me.
I asked him to provide the contract showing that i have consented to be obliged to follow the rules of his corporation and to show me where in the law i can find that a fiction-AGENT can notify an inanimate object when denouncing a Human among several other things.
I did not get response but the actual ¨owner¨ user did with a notification that says at the end she can tell if she wasnt responsible for the act who was then. She sent a letter stating it was me which i drafted myself.

At this point the honorable time goven to write objections was up so i sent a second letter telling him(MAyor) and the AGENT the possible laws they are actualy breaking with an appearance of authority under color of law, false contract, fraud, etc…
Havent had response yet but we ll see. Note i have sent the letters certified and no notary would sign those at least in Spain. Here they insist they must write the document themselves instead of allowing people to write and make an truthful oath of what their understanding is.
I thought of the possibility to register them in the court but my doubts where that the moment i do that i consent to the jurisdiction of the court if the matter is disputed and courts are just Banks to scam us all.
My hopes on this one is that they would back off when fighting with reason to back me up showing them their scam. We shall see. Gestapo isnt very friendly.

But today, i had it worse than that. I was driving the bike with my Yolanda and the traffic cops had made space for one lane at some point and set some radar-camera in a place where people tend to speed up a bit more, very safe area to do that too.
So they were waiting at the end and stopped us by placing themselves on our way so we would not run them over. They were eager parasites waiting for a catch. Seems the spanish governemt is so in red numbers that dont exhist that they are getting heavy on the fines.

So a traffic agent said: Good evenving, PApers!? so i said hello peace officer, how are u?
cop- I am an agent of authority
me: sure you must be a peace officer too right? dont you swear to protects us all …?
cop- i am an agent of authority. please your papers
me- excuse me but who are u?
cop- i am an agent.

so basically i tried to ask him to tell me his name but the only thing i gathered was his code M0524 and no matter how hard i tried to tell him that wasnt a name, he would not tell me.
At this point 3 more cops came and one was super agressive and even started to fight verbally with the original cop that was talking to me since he thought he was being too nice. If it was up to him, he would have kicked us out of the bike ¨cause i can skip any laws i want and i would show you how it is done¨ this was told to Yolanda when they took me to the station!

After demanding for what reason they stopped me, that i did not commit any crime and that i am not obliged to follow their statues for about 30 minutes an extra cop car came. No matter how nice i was these guys were getting impatient and started to intimidate strongly.
They told me either we do this nicely or it is going to get rough.
I mentioned that if i was to go with them i would do it under protest and duress and that i did not wish to go with them and was against my will.
i told the boss that for every hour they make me spent in there i will charge him 3000€ and he said yes ok, sure, sure(obvious) so technically he has a verbal contract with me and owes me for that since i have a witness too.

In the car, the cop tried one last time to join me to my PERSON by asking for some ID which i kindly refused and tried to explain why.
The message wasnt going in.
We arrived at the station and the guy kept asking me for the id so finally i told him look: my name is Francisco of the garcia and xxx families as i am commonly known but i havent given you any other name.
They gave it a try in the computers but would not show. So the guys enden up doing me a search against the wall and found my driving license. The only wrote the protocol at the end no matter if i asked before.
They forced me to take a alchol test and i refused as well as asking them to show me where is the techincal validity of the machine before proceeding lol
Anyway, again i did under protest and duress and it came out 0,0

At this point they didnt understand why i was not showing them th ID, they tried to see if i had drug problems or i was on the run, or if i stole the bike, any reason to make sense of it except listening and belivening my words!! He even threatened me to take me to hospital to get checked by a pyschiatrist cause he was doubting my sanity!!l lol Programing is very strong these days!

At on point one cop said the civil code is good for nothing, it doesnt exhist, it is old and forgottten.

They refused to give me pen and paper to write their ID s, they denied this was an arrest even ´do i said i was going under duress and against my will. They refused to make me a copy of the written protocol and even tried to make me sign it saying: It is just so you say you have read it, when it is full of lies, deceit and signed by two cops¨ they wanted me to contract.

i boosted them with the SP which coincidentally we havent taken it yet out. By they way, it feels good for balancing and ridding of energetic parasites. We arent sure as to th eother abilities of an SP hope we find out soon.

These festivities were a good time to gift, isnt it what we are suppose to do ? lol so we did gift spreading out orgonite into maybe 5 more mile radius comprising of the main and secondary electrical power stations and the roads that lead to them, 2 new areas going towards a major military site on sea with the naval and land divisions nearby and their toys. Also one of the biggest compounds that is supposed to be a museum but all of it is undergrounds and the feeling is horrendous, for centuries people have been killed and tortured there by the dutch, english and spanish. On top of that, Yolanda writes for a newspaper in Mallorca island and another one for Menorca island about nutrition but last december they came out with a special and she wrote about orgonite and gifting. Just this past monday her other orgonite article on this island came out. Chemtrails, HAARP, GEWN, Geoengeneering, Orognite and other concepts have been prsented to the PJ folks here, another way to fight lol

Seems they dont have enough so soon we ll fine tune to those places where parasites gather and hope they take the point.

From my current research if you have a passport, birth certificate, social security number, ID, driver’s license etc. that means you are the property of that corporation. We have no countries on the planet, they are all corporations. The corporations are OWNED and thus the corporations own you.

I am currently exploring this subject and will share my findings as I progress. Getting out from under this ownership is called the right of self determination. I’m exploring it further so as to make sure this is not a scam. However so far according to “Veriation by Agreement” under international law, forming a “compact” with other people of like mind, heart and skills can be achieved. This is in essence like forming your own country that has sacred honor as its main theme.

I think this is the only way legally that I have found to get out from under them. The countries/corporations PRETEND that you have rights but as we progress into the future I think the velvet glove will come off. The countries/corporations have to have people believe in the constitution, bill of rights, democracy etc etc. so that they can manage their citizens/slaves. It is for their convenience not yours. They need some order since the controllers are really in the business of harvesting “soul energy”…it’s the real currency they trade…they’ve been at it for a very long time…thousands of years in my estimation. They have done a good job of creating a farm. BUT their lease is expiring and the gifting of orgonite and boosting is a big part in ending that lease. Also it may be wise to explore alternatives to being an owned asset of one of the many corporations/countries we have on the planet since they all have a satanic curve in them. This need not be so, perhaps what is needed is to create something new that is focused on sacred honor and not the harvest of “soul energy.”

Fran, have you used the accepted for value process to discharge or set aside debts or bills?
I have been researching the contract/admiralty law bit, and have been thinking about trying this out, as it sounds legit. Would appreciate any first hand info on the subject.

Also, John, I have looked into getting out of the whole ‘system’, it seems quite complicated. One possiblility looks like renouncing your citizenship as a start, but reclaiming your standing and rights as a sovereign individual looks like it will take a bit more legwork. Finding reliable info on this stuff can be challenging, for example is it even possible to get alloidal title to property?
I am interested in what you find out.

This is a subject I find very interesting too. I got into it via a series of videos from a “Freeman” in Canada named Robert Menard. There is a ton of info in these videos, and he moves fast and is rather charismatic, which sort of raises the disinfo red flag a bit, but I really don’t know if he is legit or not. There is SO much disinfo and half truths out there around this it’s very hard to know who is telling the truth and who is setting you up.

as you all know everything is manipulated and the game of commerce has taken over the jurist grounds too. I think all of us here we are doing this cause we sure dont want to be slaves and do not feel we are. To fight for our natural right to be free is just common sense, that common sense you will not find in the law books which are full of deceit, smoke screens, legales langage that appears to be same as your language but words mean something else.
Law is actually inspires by natural law of human beings organising themselves in groups and agree upon some set of rules that they can consent to.
They have created an illusory fictional cage where commerce and corporations are king instead the other way around.
You are born naked and free but the moment your parents believe they have to register you and get a brith certificate, they are actually entering you in the matrix creating for the first time the fictional entity called PERSON which will appear in capital letter and have some number ID and so on…
This PERSON is a fictional entity that exhists only on paper and all correspondance and offitial communications with you are delivered to this Entity not the real you, the human being.
The birth registrations is actually the handing over the title of your child, the ownership to the government, allowing you to use it for the time being. I do believe you are viewed as human resource, a product, a commodity.

This was the very first fraud and from then on, htey make you belive you have to get a license to drive, a permit to own gun, to do kayacking, whatever…

The Law books will never mention that you have no rights as a human being and will certainly not imply that you MUST do this or that. MUST in legalese is translated actually as MAY so you see how deceitful they are. Otherwise there s no point in law book, they should just get our with their boost and stamp them on our faces.
For human beings you could argue that you have the common law jusrisdiction , the law of the land when relating to other human beings and there are only 3 laws you could actually break and the only ones needed for a society to function.
1-Do not create harm to another human being
2- don not steal someone elses property, respect it
3-act honorabl and responsibly when you conduct business with other humans, meaning you must disclose all your conditions and understandings when contracting, to not lie.
If we all were allowed to do this, i think it would be simple.

the PERSON is a fiction that exhist in the world of commerce or admiralty law. It is said that when the birth certificate is issued a BOND is created under that name in the treasury. This is the Government´s way to get extra funds from the International Mafia bankers that loan because you are the collateral. The whole nation human resources is the collateral and the amount for each person is supposed to be calculated according to how many taxes you will be charged, fines,applications etc… I read somewhere for Canada might be 20 million canadian dollars on average.

There are 2 ways to get out of the cage. Since a Society is a group of individuals that agree to join by MUTUAL CONSENT to work towards a common goal there s not obligation to consent to be part of a society whose rules you do not identify with. So there s a process of Notice of understanding and claim of right NOU-COR where you send a Notirised letter to all authorities, departments, HM queen or King stating your undertsanding and how you are going to live your life. You give 30 days notice and most of the time they simply ignore it cause they do not even understand truths. After those 30 days have passed you now have a common agreement since you got them by their TACIT CONSENT (Positive silence) a tric they use on you all the time.

If i offer you something and you do not answer me back, it is understood that you agree to my points ause you had the chance to refute me or say NO but didnt. So the second letter basically you make your own RULES as to how to live and that becomes an undisputed contract in Law. This way you removed yourself from the society and carry on without ID, passport, driving license and all other documents they make you belive you are obliged to apply for, in other words, You rid off the PERSON and start to act like a free human being. Obviously this is going to put you in many situations where MAtrix robots arent going to understand that and so you will have to reinforce, educate them somehow (good luck) in every interaction. Ths is called to be a Freeman on the land and Robert: arthurd menard explians much better than i do all this. If you live in Canada i think you have a chance to leanr lots and learn at least some tricks that could help you out. Common law is found in common wealth countries and it is better than Roman civil law cause the outcoe is not fixed from the start, it is not codified. Also there are some valubale document and clear bills of rights to support you that we may not have in Spain. Sure tis isnt going to be of any help when relating to a nazi cop but for other issues it might.

The other path some ther people supposedly took was not to rid off the fiction PERSON but use it to their advantage into what has been called COMERTIAL REDEMPTION and here what you try to find out is your actual BOND-account and manage it yourself. The government is a managing th account case you do not know it even exhists so they do as they please with the non exhistant monies. It is like having a relative manage your account. The moment you reach it you tell them thank you, from now on i will manage my own account. In US and CAnada the BOd number is supposed to match your Birth certificate number found on th back side i believe. We are trying to find in Europe with no much luck yet.

This means you can discharge any utility bill, fine, whatever directly to your account. Apparently all services are actually free but appear as ´do you have to pay for them. If the country is run like a company and has members, it does make sense that each should get a part of whatever is made each year and companies who plunder the our land and do business have to payback but providing free service like telephone, electrical etc… Tey send you a notification (Fake Bill) asking for your comfirmation that they can discharge that bill. The Bill is written in such a way that tricks you into beliveing you have to pay and sometimes they make you sign a bill which has all data (date,amount, name of company, your PERSON) and they also ask you to add a written check. This is Fraud cause they are charing you Double. If you signed the Bill it automatically becomes a check, a letter of exchange that they can get the funds too.

So accepting for Value something means you put that prhase on any bill and discharge it on your Bonus number which you have secured filing th UCC-1. This is commertial redemption. Apparently by doing this, you stop the governemnt from being able to create more debt and if we all did it, the game would be over in a sense.

Commertial redemption doesnt seem easy. Anyhow, both ways require a bit of law study but i would say the most important things is to get our hearts in line with truth and common sense and act as such all the time. Stones are going ot be trhown to your PERSON and sometimes is not easy.
I did some research on this a while back and i do try to remain free but as you can see sometimes isnt just possible.
The moment i started to research the links of this matrix for other angles, i realised it was so mounstrous, well crafted and evil at its roots, that i was happy to find Orgonite to bypass all systems and get into their nerves directly, closer to the spiritual root of the problem by reverting the illusion and fictional energetic chains with Orgon.

It is my view that possibly you can have good success in small and medium issues with Freeman on the land and commertial redemption but i am unsure for bigger stuff what would happen since entering into a court room you are found in the law of commerce and the Bank never looses…

i havent accepted for value aything since to work properly it is my understanding that you have to Secure your PERSON and so get a whole of the Bond Account by filing UCC-1 properly. I ve read some people use it anyway cause corporations know they can charge on that and they do and so some people do it expecting that the corporation will charge it and leave them alone.

As for the title is tricky. I was thinking of the title of a car when i need to buy one. Once the car is registered thru and apllication you are actually transferring the title to the corporation let s say Road and Transport Department. They own your car literraly but just let you use it in condition that you abide by their rules to drive a motor vehicle described in their Act. This means that you are now obliged by contract to get a driving license, pass a test, get an insurance, road tax and all the nice benefits they give us for Driving their car.

To Apply in legalese means to BEG!!!
To submit> submit to the will of other, again, beg
Register> to transfer the title of something to other.

Are you obliged to BEG? Do you have the right to travel privately with you conveyance of your choice without registering your Car? i sure think so, as long as you do not engage in commerce you are free to travel without begin for permission.

probelm is that 100% of all cars are all already registered from before. So how do you get the original title from the Road and TRansport department when you are buying a car from someone? You need to deregister it at their offcie and claim the original title.

I suppose for any private property to be yours, it would have to be de registered and claim the title. I do not know how it works but i leave you a link of this guy who managed to de registered his car. in fmotl.com you will find some templates and tactics discussed.

I think sure you do not have to register your car, but then that’s where they get you, you’re not allowed to drive on any roads because these are owned by the state… Basically your driving on someone else’s property and you need a permit for that… even if that someone else should be a group of which you are part of

i think you have the right to travel (not drive) with you private conveyance(not motorvehicle) anywhere in your country from point A to point B as long as you do not engage in commerce while doing so. Who paid for the roads?

Then, I’d ask, “Who owns the JOHN DOE Trust?” She won’t know so I would tell her, “It is owned by STATE (PROVINCE) OF ___. How do I know this? This (birth certificate) document proves it. Since the owner of anything is always the trustee and the trustee is always the liable party, then, “owner always pays”. (If A=B and B=C, then, A=C). Accordingly, since the vehicle is owned by STATE OF ___, then STATE OF ___ is the one which must pay for the insurance, registration, taxes, etc. If you claim I am inaccurate or that I am the one liable to pay, then, you’ll have to prove it.” We could just put the titles of our cars into the name of the state/province, as it already owns them, anyway. In a sense we will be donating the car, but, why not? How can the cops steal a car from the state when it belongs to the state?"

I feel it’s good that we are all exploring this, sorting out what is real and workable and what is NOT. The reason I did a skype call a few times with this fellow is that he has set up 3 jurisdictions in the past and currently has a passport and driver’s license etc. from the latest jurisdiction. It’s similar to what the VatiCon has done but of course we know that corporation/country has a hell-bent satanic vibe.

The problem with the 2 other jurisdictions is that he didn’t have the perception to see who could be “jacked into” when he partnered with other people in setting them up so got blind-sided (in my opinion). I told him that orgonite defintely needs to be included in the setup and a full psychic scan of the people involved so that no “witting or unwitting” agents would be included or people that could be “jacked into”. similar in ways to the method Don uses to make sure the participants on EW are somewhat “clean” of this.

To follow through with all of this and to let go of all ones original paperwork, and then to start it all in a new jurisdiction i think is a massive undertaking. So i think one needs to be very careful. That said I’m starting to understand that we have
all been born slaves with a number, corporate ownership cerificate (birth cert) etc. Thus quite possibly our inaction in getting out from under this slavery gives them permission to treat us as such…slaves or resources that they can do what they want with.

I think the idea of “restoring America”, the republic and all that stuff and being a Patriot or restoring the constitution is a dead end road. It never existed in the first place.

When Fran emailed me to say that he intended to test some of the personal sovereignty literature he’d read I told him that the chat group would stand by in case he was threatened with unlawful imprisonment for exercising his birthright [Image Can Not Be Found] . We had helped a couple of people in the US who had tested this information and kept them out of jail but this hadn’t happened in about 8 years.

A lot of us have read all the literature, which people in this thread have encapsulated, but I only know three or four people (including Fran) who have put it to the test, which is to say that they stuck their necks out and stood up for some of the human rights that we were each born with, including the right to travel freely.

Like the passport alleged laws, all of this mess crept into existence in a parasitic manner. If these alleged laws were in force before the 1920s everyone who had a horse, back to the dawn of history, would have needed a driver license to travel on the horse. As ridiculous as this sounds to you, a license to ‘operate a motor vehicle’ sounds just as ludicrous to some of us. When it seems ludicrous to a crucial number of people (one tenth of one percent of the population?) those alleged laws will just disappear, like a whole lot of other old laws that the corporate world order are simply too embarassed to enforce.

So, we were on hand to go to work for Fran in the etheric realm when it happened but at the time I was so swamped with work that I had no time for posting on EW–could barely spare the time for email each day. We hired more folks, since then, so I’ve got some of my own freedom back.

I think most people don’t realize that a lot of the ‘personal sovereignty’ teachers out there are merely working as bait for the feds so they can identify who is even remotely interested in taking back their birthrights in this former ‘land of the free.’ Some of those experts were even let out of prison and put onto the speaker circuit for this. The ones who are not approved, this way, are either railroaded into prison or executed, in case you didn’t know.

The cure for tyranny isn’t for us to tap dance in front of unlawful judges; it’s rather to discard this parasitic tyranny, lest we forget, and that will only happen after enough of us speak openly and candidly about it with the view to solving the problem. I’m content to leave the ranting and raving to the CIA/NSA/Jesuits’ own Big Mouths and Ninnies out there.

It’s good to read up on personal sovereignty but I think the next step is to do what we can (I mean, really–not just parrot the alleged experts) to solve these problems.

The man from whom I learned about personal sovereignty was flying his own plane back and forth from Costa Rica at the time, unchallenged and without passport and without a pilot license, driver license or plane registration. He had bested the IRS in three state supreme courts. The way the IRS, FBI and other sewer rat agencies concede defeat, by the way, is to just stop attacking. They sometimes also burn all the relevent court records, usually by burning a building down. Some years ago, the IRS sent a team to kidnap him and bring him back to the US, presumably to disappear him into prison. A Costa Rica gov’t official warned him, so he wasn’t in his office when these thugs arrived. His accountant was, though, and he got beaten up. The rule of law certainly does apply to all living creatures but this and other governments around the world are not lawful institutions, so don’t expect them to obey the alleged laws that they’re enforcing on the citizens, okay?

I’ve been at the receiving end of this system. I don’t know what else will convince someone (other than to be born with colored skin) that this is just an irredeemably BAD federal government and needs to be discarded.

The ‘Show Us the Law’ guy from Utah–very popular at the time, so you may remember him–was railroaded into prison and the IRS never showed him the law, since the law that allegedly requires people to pay federal taxes doesn’t even exist.

I think that any discussion of personal sovereignty ought to include the obvious fact that a government that has corrupt courts won’t uphold natural law and they certainly can’t be held accountable in their own courts. If you think this will change, you’re just a beautiful dreamer. The system has to be discarded and power needs to be properly returned to manageable localities and districts all over the world.

I personally think it will happen much sooner than you dare to imagine and that The Operators are helping us move in that direction at an accelerating rate.

Our old friend, Hari Heath, visited us, yesterday, along with my Jim and Melody (bro and sis-in-law).

Hari had challenged the unlawful courts in the the late 1990s and successfully made asses of the judge and prosecutor in Idaho’s Benewah County. He did it after studying all this stuff about personal sovereignty. These criminals were the same ones who tried to railroad Carol’s daughter into prison many years ago. Carol and I beat them with the new methods: we gifted all around that cokehead prosecutor’s house the day before the hearing and she sat in court and boosted the judge and prosecutor while I boosted her. The prosecutor had to leave, not long after that, when there was a public demonstration against him outside the courthouse. Bear in mind that this county seat, St Maries, is so small that it doesn’t even have a stoplight. Our little international group of energy-tossers have beaten several unlawful ‘trial’s’ in the chatroom in the past.

Hari’s performance in that court angered the felonious feds (who own all of the courts in the country), so they set up a sting for Hari in the middle of the wilderness. They followed him in and arrested him for skinny dipping. It was a federal crime, of course, because it was on alleged federal land. They tried their best to destroy his family after that but he prevailed. He used to write the ‘Grassfire’ column in The Idaho Observer and continued even after he was made a fugitive.

I’m telling this to unerline the simple truth that it’s not particularly noteworthy to have simply read all this material about personal sovereignty and the alleged power of the individual over these federal behemoths around the planet. We all survive because we work in an international network and are obviously not breaking any laws. You can bet hte corporate world order wants to erase all of us but if they draw any signficant attention to our work, our numbers will explode upward [Image Can Not Be Found] and the internet is a fantastic, instant-intelligence sharing tool for the entire species. I bet these corporate freaks marvel at how little it’s being used to undermine and defeat them, now.

In real terms, our power is only manifested through exposing these criminals, then discarding them as an act of collective will. They can’t resist that, as history shows so well. NOBODY will debate in favor of allowing tyranny, after all. If there had been any sort of genuine public debate during the reigns of Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Roosevelt, Churchill, Mussolini or Pol Pot, those regimes would have failed. Of course, there was no internet, then, so the corporate world order kept strict control over lines of communication and media. The Russians decided to discard communism and used fax machines, though of course they were tricked into accepting the other side of the coin, which is direct corporate rule. Russia & China went from feudalism into socialism, after all, and never had a chance to experiment with a republic, as many other countries have done in the past couple of centuries.

When I was in Las Vegas I was in a vehicle with a fellow who was trying to persuade me to drive without a license plate, as he’d been doing for awhile. We were stopped by the Gestapo and he spent a month in jail, then went back to driving without a license or license plates. These thugs wanted badly to arrest me, too, but were just not able to.

Hari told us that he knows a fellow near us who drives without a license or license plates and wins in court when he gets arrested (or at least he has in the past). He carries a briefcase stuffed with documents that ‘prove who he is’ that he takes into court after each arrest. There’s really nothing stopping a judge from just tossing him into prison, now. That’s not freedom. That man is NOT able to exercise his birthright to travel without interference from the alleged government.

I want EW to be a place where all the members exemplify what we’re each talking about, as Fran has done with his initial report in this thread. If not, how could our readers distinguish us from the large crowd of windbags and agency-sponsored fakers on the internet?

I said that ‘the regimes would have failed’ but in fact it’s the corporate infrastructure behind tyranny that provides continuity, which is how Russia ‘changed the gov’t’ but didn’t much improve their lot. I understand they’re starting to prosper, now, but I think it’s due to China’s largesse, as our continuine prosperity in Europe and America obviously is.

Discarding corporate tyrants is easy, since they’re not technically in control. Exposure is deadly poison to them. They want us to riot in the streets, as we’re seeing in the Mideast, because this consolidates corporate control.

Basicly the video his live footage of people(all sovereign I think) standing for there rights in court or with police officer. These guys know there laws and they must if they want to stand a chance against the behemoth of techhnicality that is the federal law system.
