Long Running Headache

Hi

Since last sunday night and starting on Monday I’ve had an usual headache. Its like a tension on side of head and sometimes on the direct top.

Seems to wax and wain too. Currently on the sides of my skull just above my ears and also runs down my neck to shoulders a bit too.

Anyone have a clue or have had something similar. I’ve cut all sugar / process foods out of my diet as of tues and only a bit of simple carbs have been consumed since then. I do have weird headaches the day before a full moon so possibly an indicator of something afoot / changing?

Hi Mark

After the amazing treatment I received from Stevo today, I highly recommend visiting this website and reading what is presented here.
There gives self-help instructions and it works. Very well. I believe you’ll find this info to take care of your headache and you might find it useful in other ways.

Steve did such a wonderful job on me today and released years of built-up issues that had me living in a lot of pain.
Apply the concepts of gratitude and self appreciation while doing the tapping.
You can do this yourself in a matter of minutes and I’m quite certain you’ll find relief.

Thanks for posting the links for everybody, Ben.

I think that I need to look into it as well. I’ve had a headache for about the last 10 days,

and I thought that it was from drinking too much coffee, or some other factor.
But my coffee intake is about the same as it’s been for the last year.

(yeah, I know, I should switch to tea. But I like coffee…and tea.

Some days, over the last week, I would use the Terminator Zapper, and the headache would go away, but today I’ve been using it for an hour and I still have the headache. (I sleep with the zapper normally, and use it in the day as needed.)

Mark, your symptoms sound alot like Dental Distress Syndrome, more known as tooth grinding. Higher stress levels make the symptoms worse.
