Pesky Gnats

I’m not sure if this post will hold any value but thought I would put it out there anyways. A few days ago a “super helicopter” flew very low level over my house and once it was directly overhead it doubled its sound, no doubt purposely, so that it’s sound was reminiscent of machine gun fire. A scare tactic I’m sure. I can confirm it wasn’t an ordinary helo even though I didn’t see it since I have been to Afghanistan and Iraq and have heard PLENTY “normal” helo’s such as UH-60’s and AH 64’s flying very low overhead. Maybe they’re mad because I haven’t been falling for their female spies they seem to be throwing at me lately.

Speaking of black helicopters, several months ago one was out and about very close to my residence. I ran for my digital camera and wouldn’t you know it when I went to take the shot instant battery drain! So I scramble back inside, pop out some batteries from a tv remote, and they didn’t work in the camera. In fact my camera hasn’t worked since that day. I’ll get my money back one way or another I’m sure…

Strange as it sounds I’ve had the exact same experience. My camera suddenly went dead in my hands while filming a low hovering chopper over my CB, and it never worked reliably again. They must have some kind of device that destroys the camera if you’re filming things they would rather you weren’t. I found it weird that I didn’t feel anything though, the camera was in my hands and right in front of my face when it went dead and I didn’t feel any kind of energy hitting it, and I’m usually very sensitive to things like that. It made me wonder if a “self destruct” of some kind wasn’t already in the camera from the manufacturer, and able to be set off remotely. That’s just a speculation on my part though, I have no evidence of it.

I would surmise that those hi-tech helos have some space age technology that most of us aren’t aware of. Must be why some jets and the like are guarded by Delta Force types… or so I’ve heard.

I had a similar issue when gifting some tech along the Columbia river in Portland, OR late last year. My own fault really though. My SP was busted so I was forced to use my “smart” phone running a tone generator app with coiled crystal plugged in. Luckily only the battery itself was fried and a new battery allowed my phone to work properly, when I got one a week later. I know better now of course, to take cell batteries out while gifting and thanks to a friend I have several backup SP’s as well.
