Superfoods Advice

I got the following from Scott Carino, who is one of our zapper distributors. When Carol and I were first exposed to people who eat superfood (Sedona, Sept. 2008) we were impressed by their general level of health and vitality but it was hard to get a concise recommendation from anyone about how to start doing it. It took another year before we finally committed to a daily regimen, in fact, so if anyone who’s reading this is particularly interested in finding a way to overcome the incessant poisonings by federal agents I think he/she will find the information helpful.

There are half a dozen people who post on EW who are also well-versed on how to get and stay healthy and you might get a different story from each one but in my view it’s better to have a whole lot of information instead of not enough. In the end, you’ll probably find the right combination to suit your own needs and interests if you intend to get clear of the sewer rats’ slow-murder agenda for you. Meanwhile, the Pajama People, especially in America, can probably be counted upon to keep digging their graves with their teeth as all corporate foodstuffs become increasingly poisonous.

By now, Carol and I are so pumped with food energy that the poisonings have become barely discernible. It took nearly getting murdered with poisons for us to feel inclined to jack up our diet this much. ‘Some are led but some of us have to be driven,’ eh? [Image Can Not Be Found] ~Don

Hong Kong Johnny is the guy who first told me about superfood and he also inspired me (much later) to start making drinks every day with fresh greens in the VitaMix. I did that for about 8 months but then started making ‘kale chips’ and raw crackers with the VitaMix and an Excelsior food drier.

There’s so much green-ness in Carol’s morning superfood smoothies, mostly from algae, that I never really noticed an improvement in my health/vitality with my own green drinks. Both of us have a whole lot more energy from the morning smoothies, though, and Carol’s more inclined to eat the kale chips and raw crackers (lots of green veggies in the crackers, too) so I think we’re in the groove, finally. Our cravings for verboten corporate food continue to diminish, naturally.

We still love coffee and will eat meat when we feel like it. I found the superfood people to be generally more balanced and sane than veganazis and old hippies.

How soon is too soon?
Not soon enough. Laboratory tests over the last few years have proven that babies who start drinking soda during that early formative period have a much higher chance of gaining acceptance and “fitting in” during those awkward pre-teen and teen years.
So, do yourself a favor. Do your child a favor. Start them on a strict regimen of sodas and other sugary carbonated beverages right now, for a lifetime of guaranteed happiness.

Excellent thread.

Nice to see the cacao in there, which reminds me of a recent revelation made by scientists. Apparently, they want to GMO-ize the plant so the S. American farmers can get better yields. Sounds like they want to destroy what is good for us in the plant is what I discern. If I can find the article I’ll post it…it was very recently in the news.

I remember quitting soda back in 2000 or 2001, way before I “awoke”. Funny thing how I quit. I was waiting for dinner to be served and out of sheer boredom I read the ingredients on the liter of Pepsi. I could hardly pronounce some of the ingredients and I made a cynical remark on needing a degree in chemistry to understand it. I quit it right there….stuff rots you from the inside anyway. Since coming out of the matrix I read all labels now and I know what is good and bad. Interestingly enough, I’ve actually gotten bigger eating more healthy…I don’t know how that happened. It’s not fat, just….thicker. But it’s still quite hard being totally committed to a 100 percent naturally healthy diet as someone who has an Italian culture and loves Italian pastries. Oh man…I just cannot give up chocolate covered canolis

Hi Folks,

I use Dr. Schulze Superfood Plus, in the powder form, and I love the stuff. I get an immediate blast of energy from my morning fruit smoothie and it lasts for several hours. There’s so much live, easy to assimilate nutrition in each smoothie that I find I don’t feel the need to eat nearly as much as I used to, so I also lose weight as a nice side effect of enjoying complete nutrition. For anybody used to a North American diet (like I was) where you simply don’t get the nutrients you need, Superfood Plus is a very welcome game-changer.

Hanh mitakuyapi / Hello my relatives.

About chia – I get mine from RawFoodWorld.com, since they are distributors for the basic zapper my Indian Maid Products Inc produces… & I firmly believe in spending money with those who spend money with me – and the price is very reasonable. Or try herbalcom.com

Also – a better amount of chia seeds to use is 2 Tbsps/day, rather than 1. It’s more like the amount that we IndigenUs People ate to take us on a long day, & it really works well.

I too have been alkalinizing my diet – although I won’t bypass meat… On the Rez, a vegetarian is defined as someone who’s either a lousy hunter or a lousy shot or both. [Image Can Not Be Found];

I make smoothies out of nearly everything (bless the blender!), since my VitaMix was stolen… and the replacement Champion was too [Image Can Not Be Found] [Image Can Not Be Found] Guess the spirits thought someone else needed them more. Surely can’t be because I have so much cash to throw away… [Image Can Not Be Found] Or could it be that someone(s) in my adversaries list figured that if I had more difficulty staying (or getting) healthy, that would help their dirty causes? Some of each most likely. I’ve been told by intimidated people that I have “big enemies! Really big!” Takoszja, my boss is All That’s Good-Holy; after that nothing is intimidating & ‘big’ is a non-sequitur. Ain’t nuthin’ bigger than godhead… But they would believe that if they ripped me off, they’d accomplish something in their favor. This is the world of illusions & that proves it.

For anyone who wants it, I have a scan of an article that got me started on this… It’s about A.M. Carb Loading & using its tenets has proven to this Traditional healer that “it ain’t what you eat so much as when you eat it” that makes a huge difference in how you feel & in your physical health.

Don knows I’ve suffered from fibromyalgia for decades & the last few years it was getting worse despite my best efforts – which are pretty good, generally. YUCK! I came across the above-mentioned article earlier this fall, began to follow its advice, & [u:2gp23n81]Duwahleh! The changes for the better came fast! [/u:2gp23n81] I have far fewer pain ‘shots’, I’m way less stiff & way more flexible, my disposition is much improved (pain really puts a crimp in a person’s sunshiney-ness…), I rest well when I sleep, I need less sleep, I’ve lost fat… and I’m obviously definitely moving more towards the bounce of the Tigger again, than I am towards the slowness of the Turtle.

And a week or so ago, I came across an article on Vitamin D deficiency & how supplementation appears to be needed even for people who live in sunny places & spend a ton of time outdoors. I can email a scan of that, too, for anyone who wants it. Vitamin D is needed to prevent / stop / reverse osteoporosis, depression, & cause fat loss. Since fat is the body’s storage place for lots of things, including toxins, having more than 10% of your weight as fat is not a good thing. Yes, I’m taking vitamin D supplements now, & I am seing a difference. One of the benefits of being hyper-allergenic is that changes in response to diet changes, supplements, and/or majority culture poisonous ‘medicines’ show up quickly.

Following that old advice “Healer, heal yourself first” has paid big dividends for me… and it’s definitely healing to the Sacred Hoop of the world. Mitakuye oiasin.

Found the article on GMO cocoa.

Hanh mitakuyapi. For anyone who’s interested, here are prices on specific items from http://www.Herbalcom.com – a company I’ve ordered from for years.

A lfalfa Leaf, cert. org. $4.90 / lb. B arley grass powder $7.95 / lb. C hlorella powder $16.95 / lb. R ed cl over b lossoms $8.25 / lb. S pirulena powder $13.10 / lb.

There is a handling charge[u:e61x010m] / order [/u:e61x010m]of $6.25, but no shipping as such. They usually ship by UPS ground, but if you request some other means, they’ll do it without further charges so far as I know.

I included such things that are also superfoods such as alfalfa leaf & red clover blossoms but that don’t usually get a lot of ‘press’. My feeling on that is, people promote what they have some vested interest in. Anyway, these also have great value.

I put such things in smoothies – usually with something like vanilla powder for flavor, because I can’t stand the “herby” taste of chlorella & spirulena. (To me, it’s no wonder the superfood people promote them in capsule form. [Image Can Not Be Found]

Herbalcom also has sprouting seeds. For example, R adish S eeds are $4.50 / lb.

Hope this helps anyone who’s looking for less expensive sources… Enjoy!

Red clover blossoms, alfalfa, nettles, dandelions, blackberries, and blueberries are very good for you but they are not typically exotic, rare, hard to grow, or suitably expensive to get promoted like mad. A horse can feast on them in a field. People tend to place more value on something that is packaged than the same thing growing as weeds amongst the rocks.

Funny how Monsanto was able to market weed killer to people primarily on a hatred of dandelions, a hardy resilient plant that is so fortifying to the human body.
