Subject: Supreme Court Lifts Restrictions On Navy Sonar Use
Apparently environmental groups had managed to get the lower courts in California to stop the sonar use by the Navy in their exercises but now the Supreme Court has ruled in favour of the Navy. And not only does the Navy want to continue their decades long sonar testing off the coast of California, they want to build a shallow water sonar testing range off the coast of Florida.

Is it possible that lots of tbs in the waters of So.Cal would counter submarine sonar attacks, or should there be a stronger orgone device?
maybe some sort of a cross between a min cb and earthpipes with boyancy at one end?
made a few of these myself and put them in the ocean. maybe they were to fight sonar? there certainly were a number of odd ships coming around afterwards possibly looking for something.
