'the twelve-sided (dodecahedron), five-faceted Ether, when immobile, that is, when not vibrating – resonating, is considered ‘not-being’, ‘non – matter.’
But when mobile, vibrating – resonating, is considered as ‘being’, existent.
Hence matter is created out of nothing, by the vibrations of the Ether, as an identification with the dipole, ‘cause – effect’
