Unusual Tower - I noticed this unusual tower a while ago

I noticed this unusual tower a while ago. It has formations of spikes pointing downwards at an angle, as well as a single spike on top of the tower with a sort of a dish under it.

Does anybody know what these are for?

Location of this particular tower: 59°15’44.74"N 18°06’20.06"E (google)

There are at least five of these things on this tower:

They are high gain discone antennae, used for the broadcasting and receiving of VHF & UHF radio signals (commonly used by ham radio and a variety of business and industry). They have an extremely wide band of operation, so these could be being used to intercept a broad range of radio transmission although there is no indication of the application of this particular device from your photos.
